HSUS EMERGENCY TEAM RESIGNS

Over the past 8 months 12 of 14 members of the HSUS Emergency Response Team resigned due to "unprofessional and unethical" conduct by Mr. Scotlund Haisley, Director of the team, and by the Humane Society of the United States.  We have several emails outlining the reasons for the resignations, as discussed in the show.

As discussed, we also have the story about a rescue in Tennessee that placed  responders in a dangerous situation in order to complete the rescue in time for an HSUS board meeting.

Similar to the Pang Animal Haven case, HSUS posted a video on their website about the rescue of  a horse named Mouse, injured during President Obama's inaugral parade.  The inaccurate video exagerates the horse's injuries as well as HSUS particiation in the rescue, to garner donations.
