KAUAI: The Dairy, the Cave and the Stream |
December 14, 2014. What more can 2,000 cows do to this very beautiful and important area of Kauai. It needs to be cleaned up, not messed up more than it already is.
Is this really what we want our tourists to see, and locals to live with?

A community meeting about the proposed dairy was well attended. Ann Hennessey, of Hawaii Dairy Farms refused to attend, but is said to have been there. She may be the person in the lower left of the picture. Did she sneak in to hear what was being said about the project?
The Makauwahi Cave Reserve is also important. How will it be effected?
