The second hour Carroll talks with Attorney Tony Locricchio.    Tony presents three  proposals to help solve Hawaii's big problems with land, food and transportation:

      1.  Set up land grants of large tracts of unused state property to lower cost of housing.

      2.  Encourage local agriculture and production so we are not impacted by the ever increasing cost of shipping.

      3.  Create a low-cost commuter airline for residents of Hawaii to get around the state - like super highways on the mainland.

They also talk about global warming, and what can be done about rising sea levels.
