    WHO GETS TO TALK?  Carroll looks into how Hawaii state agencies, and federal agencies in Hawaii, use non-profit organizations, such as the Hawai'i Conservation Alliance, to propagandize environmental issues for generating extra money while suppressing its citizen's voice and opinions.  Mr. Sydney Ross Singer discusses his efforts to get his voice heard on the proposed issue of bio-control of strawberry Guava (Psidium cattleianum; Myrtaceae).   Hawaiian cultural practices on the Big Island value the strawberry guava as a useful plant.
     
     

    Tectococcus galls, on strawberry guava leaves in Brazil,
